What Factors Are Related To The Power Consumption Of Fruit And Vegetable Cabinets?

The refrigeration principle of fruit and vegetable cabinets is to use cold air to blow out from the back and top, and inhale from the lower return air port, so that the cold air can be circulated internally without loss, so that the cold air can evenly cover every corner of the fruit and vegetable cabinet to achieve the effect of keeping the product fresh.

1. The higher the ambient temperature of the fruit and vegetable cabinet, the more power it consumes. Therefore, the ambient temperature of use is directly related to the power consumption of the fruit and vegetable cabinet.

If the ambient temperature of the environment is relatively high, the heat dissipation effect in the cabinet will be reduced, so the temperature drop speed in the fruit and vegetable cabinet will be relatively slow, which will cause the startup time to be longer and the power consumption will be relatively increased.

2. The temperature problem itself. There will be a temperature adjustment switch in each of our products, because the power consumption of fruit and vegetable cabinets is usually lower than that of freezers.

That is because the temperature of refrigeration is much higher than that of freezing. The higher the temperature, the easier it is to refrigerate. But the lower the temperature, the more cooling capacity is required. The greater the power consumption.

3. Reduce the number of door openings. We will feel the temperature drop the moment we open the fruit and vegetable cabinet. That is because the cool air in the fruit and vegetable cabinet runs out. If the cool air in the cabinet runs out, the temperature will increase. When the temperature does not reach the temperature value we set, the refrigeration will continue to increase power consumption.

4. Defrost and defrost in time. We have also said before that frost and ice do not transmit cool air. If there is frost or ice in the fruit and vegetable cabinet, we must deal with them in time. This will not increase our refrigeration time.
